     CIndy has been an active realtor for over 12 years and John for five years. We both have  great passion for helping people achieve their goals and making a difference in their lives which keeps us going in any kind of Real Estate Market. We have been married for 23 years with two children, daughter 21, and son 18. Relocating from the Bay Area in 1998, we have been a resident of Placer County for 12 years. CIndy has a degree in Business Management, Top Producer for 2009, Placer County Masters Club, advanced training on Residential Purchase & Listing Agreement, as well as SFR certified (short sale & foreclosure resource).

     John and I have worked together in the real estate market for a few years and have helped hundreds of homeowners purchase their first home, investors buying rental property investments or flipper homes, and seller’s listing their homes. We have worked with REO properties, short sale properties and for sale by owner. We currently work with a team that specializes in short sales and REO properties and have closed more than 150 transactions with a 99% closing rate. Combined, our team has over 40 years experience in the business. Our systems and staff in place allow all of us at MckayLand Realty to service a large volume of buyer’s, sellers, and REO listings. In addition we have a full time negotiator who has mastered the short sale process and has an excellent repore with various asset managers and negotiators within many banks.

          Cindy's prior background was in the underground construction industry. Our company was in business from 1982-1997 in the greater Bay Area where we employed over 45 employees. Our primary customers were PG&E, Pacific Bell, all the various cities and a subcontractor for Cal Trans State projects. To work for many of these companies the bidding opportunities were by invitation only and my company was a WBE,(woman business enterprise)as I was the President, which gave the company a bid preference due to the affirmative action programs. I was invited to participate as a minority vendor with PG&E and advertised in their Minority Entrepreneur magazine with other vendors in 1989. I have a Class A General Engineering & Hazardous Waste License both currently (inactive).

     John's background has been in the automotive industry for the last 30 years. Owning and operating with a partner two Quality Tune-up shops in the Bay Area, restoring old cars has given him alot of experience in that field. In addition, he is certified for PARR as a FEMA inspector where he helped and facilitated disaster relief funds for many homeowners with the hurricanes in 2008 in Texas and Louisana.
